WHAT was I thinking????

I decided that I wasn't smart enough...which I know for some is QUITE the SHOCK...so I decided that I was going to go back to school for nursing. This is my first semester so I am having to take all the junky courses that come first. My parents didn't give me the good DNA (David didn't get it either...I don't know what they did with it!!!) and I don't know how to do ANYTHING in moderation. I am taking six classes: Success & Study Skills (a complete waste of time but a way to make the college another $42 per student because it's required for everyone); Keyboarding (boring); Expository Writing (I absolutely love my instructor); Introductory Algebra (a breeze!!!); Medical Terminology I (so far, we haven't learned any "medical terminology"...I'm a little concerned); and Anatomy & Physiology I (OMG). I HAVE NO LIFE ANYMORE. I'm determined though! I WILL do this...and I WILL do this right!!! Just watch and see!!!

THIS is my new sister-in-law, Sonya!!! My first quiz was coming up in Anatomy and we had to learn fifty something body parts - know where they were and how to spell them. So...Sonya volunteered to be "labeled". THANKS TO SONYA and my infinite wisdom, I made a 9,5 on my quiz...don't worry, the grading scale only goes up to 10!!!

One evening a husband, thinking he was being funny, said to his wife "perhaps we should start washing your clothes in Slim Fast. Maybe it would take a few inches off of your butt!" A husband had just finished reading a new book entitled, "You Can Be the Man of Your House." Old Timer Sex

So, as the couple passes, he says to them, "Excuse me, but that was something else. You must've had a fantastic sex life together. Is there some sort of secret to this?"

Shaking, the old man is barely able to reply, "Fifty years ago that wasn't an electric fence."

A man is dining in a fancy restaurant and there is a gorgeous redhead sitting at the next table. He has been checking her out since he sat down, but lacks the nerve to talk with her. The next morning, she cooks a gourmet meal with all the trimmings. The guy is amazed. Everything had been SO incredible! “'You know,” he said, “you are the perfect woman. Are you this nice to every guy you meet?” “'No,” she replies . . . “You just happened to catch my eye.”

~ A Florida Couple In Sex Therapy ~

A Florida couple, both well into their 70's, go into a sex therapist's office. The doctor asks, “What can I do for you?” The man says, “Will you watch us have sexual intercourse?”The doctor raises both eyebrows, but he is so amazed that such an elderly couple is asking for sexual advice that he agrees. When the couple finishes, the doctor says, “There's absolutely nothing wrong with the way you have intercourse.”

He thanks them for coming, he wishes them good luck, he charges them $50, and he says good bye.

My Private Part Died

An old man, Mr. Wallace, was living in a nursing home. One day he appeared to be very sad and depressed. Nurse Tracy asked him if there was anything wrong, "Yes, Nurse Tracy", said Mr. Wallace. Forrest Gump Goes To Heaven

The day finally arrived. Forrest Gump dies and goes to Heaven. He is at the Pearly Gates, met by St. Peter himself. However, the gates are closed, and Forrest approaches the gatekeeper. St. Peter said, "Well, Forrest, it is certainly good to see you. We have heard a lot about you...I must tell you, though, that the place is filling up fast, and we have been administering an entrance examination for everyone. The test is short, but you have to pass it before you can get into Heaven." Forrest responds, "It sure is good to be here, St. Peter, sir. But nobody ever told me about any entrance exam. I sure hope that the test ain't too hard. Life was a big enough test as it was." St. Peter continued, "Yes, I know, Forrest, but the test is only three questions...... First: What two days of the week begin with the letter T? Second: How many seconds are there in a year? Third: What is God's first name?'

Forrest leaves to think the questions over. He returns the next day and sees St. Peter, who waves him up, and says, "Now that you have had a chance to think the questions over, tell me your answers".

Forrest replied, "Well, the first one -- which two days in the week begins with the letter 'T'? Shucks, that one is easy. That would be Today and Tomorrow." The Saint's eyes opened wide and he exclaimed, " Forrest, that is not what I was thinking, but you do have a point, and I guess I did not specify, so I will give you credit for that answer. How about the next one?" asked St. Peter. "How many seconds in a year? Now that one is harder," replied Forrest, "but I thunk and thunk about that, and I guess the only answer can be twelve." Astounded, St. Peter said, "Twelve? Twelve? Forrest, how in Heaven's name could you come up with twelve seconds in a year?" Forrest replied, "Shucks, there's got to be twelve: January 2nd, February 2nd, March 2nd, April 2nd,...." "Hold it," interrupts St. Peter. "I see where you are going with this, and I see your point, though that was not quite what I had in mind....but I will have to give you credit for that one too! Let us go on with the third and final question. Can you tell me God's first name?" "Sure," Forrest replied, "it's Andy." "Andy?" exclaimed an exasperated and frustrated St Peter. "Ok, I can understand how you came up with your answers to my first two questions, but just how in the world did you come up with the name Andy as the first name of God?". "Shucks, that was the easiest one of all", Forrest replied. "I learnt it from the song, "ANDY WALKS WITH ME, ANDY TALKS WITH ME, ANDY TELLS ME I AM HIS OWN." St. Peter opened the Pearly Gates, and said: "Run Forrest, run."
